How your made-to-order jacket is produced, delivered, and protected if we make a fulfillment error.
Shipping Options
Standard shipping is free on every order — there is no minimum spend and estimated delivery is 10–14 days. Express shipping is available at checkout for a flat $35.00, with estimated delivery in 7–8 days.

International Shipping
We ship internationally. Customs processing can cause additional delays beyond the estimates above. Any import duties or customs charges levied by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient.
Returns
Every jacket is custom made to order, so we do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, style preference, or fit when the jacket matches the size or measurements ordered. A return is available only if the item arrives damaged or defective, is the wrong product, or does not match the size or measurements you ordered.
